What’s more, you’ll be doing it on platforms that dramatically improve access to healthcare for millions of people whose conditions would otherwise go undiagnosed.

What’s the job?

This is a chance to be a part of a well-backed, fast-expanding start-up who are bringing together medical experts and data professionals to transform the way healthcare is delivered.

Part of a team of four, you’ll work with colleagues in marketing, UX design and business intelligence to drive better conversion and customer experiences on the company’s range of B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms

There’s plenty of freedom to add your ideas – you’ll constantly be looking for better, smarter ways of doing things. Optimising Google Analytics and Tag manager (JavaScript) tracking; using Hotjar and AB Tasty to improve user journeys. Or formulating and answering intelligent AB testing questions (not conducting tests or designing wireframes).

What you can add?

It’s crucial that you can understand what stakeholders need and then find solutions – that’s why we’re looking for good all-round communication skills and a proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.

As for your technical skills, it’s likely that your CV includes:

  • Experience as a web/product analyst, conversion optimisation specialist, or similar.
  • Confidence executing and measuring performance of A/B and MV tests.
  • Expert knowledge of different tag management containers e.g. events, pixels.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Amplitude or other web analytics tools.
