NOT ACTIVE – Project Leader, Principal Consultant – Digital Health – Up to €180k + bonus

Experience a fresh consultancy lifestyle with flexible working, less client travel and the opportunity to get involved in both the strategy and implementation of  your projects.

Want a better work-life balance? Do you want to work more collaboratively, and see the long-term impact of your projects?

At this ‘Big 3’ consultancy, you can create complete, real-world client solutions in a collaborative and diverse culture where the focus is on sustainable work-life harmony.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • A consultancy lifestyle built on a flexible working model: with unique opportunities to take time out – we know of one principal consultant who described how for the fourth year in a row, they took 6 weeks out during the summer holidays to spend time with their children
  • A progressive client travel model: combining in-person and remote visits. Even as global travel returns to pre-pandemic levels, your trips will still only make up 25% of your role.
  • Involvement and long-term impact: across both the strategy and implementation of your projects.
  • Project variety: work across AI driven logistics, pharma R & D process remodelling, global supply chain emissions impact, virtual care and telehealth services, predictive analytics systems and back office digital resources.

This Big 3 strategy consulting firm provides CEOs and teams with the expertise needed to solve their most pressing challenges. They offer a unique selling proposition: a tailor-made approach to meet clients’ needs as opposed to the industry norm of one-size-fits-all.

What are the roles?

There are two different levels of role available (based on your experience): Project Lead and Principal Consultant.

Project Lead

In the firm’s Digital Health practice, you’ll help clients deliver significant advantages through data, technology and digital. These will be senior client stakeholders – CDOs, CIOs and IT Directors – so you’ll be used to building relationships at a high level.

You’ll deliver these projects while guiding and supporting teams to create real impact for the client. And naturally, you’ll want to help your team of consultants flourish and grow.

You’ll be working with members of the firm’s leadership team, consultant teams and senior and junior client colleagues to power the digital transformation in healthcare.

Principal Consultant

In addition to the above responsibilities, you’ll also be happy to coach others and nurture thought leadership to inspire your team and build the client’s business.

About the business

With a long history of generating growth by embracing innovation and new ways of thinking, this Big 3 firm is breaking the traditional consultancy stereotype by offering tailored solutions to their clients and a flexible working model for their employees.

What you’ll bring

You’ll have between 5 and 10 years of combined experience in strategic consulting and 3+ years within a consulting firm. You’ll also be educated to Masters or PhD level.

Other experience will include:

  • Working on projects focused on digital initiatives and software-driven transformations in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to convert to digitisation in a strategic and client-facing role
  • Managing projects, people and client relationships in and beyond project delivery
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

On a personal level, you’ll thrive on working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

For the Principal Consultant level, you’ll also have extensive experience in coaching and establishing thought leadership.
