  • Creating project plans with subsequent acceptance by the IT project manager
  • Creating progress reports for steering committee and core team meetings

  • Creating and storing monthly project reports in P360 (project management tool)
  • Organising, implementing and planning weekly project meetings based on a fixed list of participants
  • Reviewing existing Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) documents based on the project meetings.

To enable the above, you’ll have skills in the following areas:

  • Excellent (C1 or above) English communication skills.
  • Excellent German communication skills.
  • Skilled in platform delivery, team-building, influencing and networking.
  • Strong and proactive leadership skills, whereby you can demonstrate you’re effective at decision-making, time management, conflict resolution/intervention and precise project management.
  • Strong business insight, analytical and problem-solving skills alongside the ability to look at the ‘bigger picture’ with an attention to detail.

You’ll also bring:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or similar fields).
  • At least five years of project management experience (certifications preferred).
  • Experience in multiple, concurrent agile deployment projects in major global companies and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (SCRUM and Kanban).
  • Understanding system integration technologies.
  • Experience with automation engineering technology preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
  • Record of accomplishment in implementing technologies.

You’ll be calm, confident and comfortable engaging with junior and senior colleagues.
