Data Analytics Consultant, Data Analyst (Insurance) – Salary: negotiable depending on experience

The main focus of your role will involve supporting clients in the integration and enhancement of the company’s analytics and big data solutions. You’ll use mathematical-statistical methods to create models for insurance and operations, with the aim of providing clients with options for action.

You’ll work with stakeholders across all levels to gather business requirements and perform strategic analysis and feasibility studies – ranging from gathering data to advanced analytics. 

And in this role, you’ll see the long-term impact of your work as you manage projects with high visibility across a wide range of the company’s products and services.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a data analytics role (ideally in consulting)
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services (e.g. Investment, Brokerage)
  • Experience in business intelligence or advanced analytics 
  • Experience in project management methods, process development and continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking and strong business partnering skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English with business-proficiency level in German.
