NOT ACTIVE – Senior Consultant, Digital Health Consultant – €110-125k + bonus

Want to spend less time polishing slides?

Then why not devote more time to creating complete, real-world client solutions in a diverse and friendly culture, where the focus is on a sustainable work-life balance.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • A consultancy lifestyle built on a flexible working model: with unique opportunities to take time out. One principal consultant we spoke to described how for the fourth year in a row, he’s taken 6 weeks out during the summer holidays to spend time with his young child.
  • A progressive client travel model: combining in-person and remote visits. Even as global travel returns to pre-pandemic levels, your trips will still only make up 25% of your role;
  • Involvement: in both the strategy and implementation of your projects.
  • Project variety: work across AI-driven logistics, pharma R & D process remodelling, global supply chain emission impact virtual care and telehealth services, predictive analytics systems and back office digital resources.

This Big 3 strategy consultancy firm provides CEOs and teams with the expertise needed to solve their most pressing challenges. They offer a unique selling proposition: a tailor-made approach to meet clients’ needs as opposed to the industry norm of one-size-fits-all.

What’s the role?

In the firm’s Digital Health practice, you’ll help clients deliver significant advantages through data, technology and digital. These will be senior client stakeholders – CDOs, CIOs and IT Directors – so you’ll be used to building relationships at a high level.

As a Digital Consultant, be prepared to have end-to-end project responsibility, to create change strategies and collaborate with colleagues to transform client potential into real-world practice.

You’ll be working with members of the firm’s most senior teams, consultant teams and junior client leaders to power the digital transformation in healthcare.

About the business

With a long history of driving growth by embracing innovation and new ways of thinking, this Big 3 firm is breaking the traditional consultancy stereotype by offering tailored solutions to their clients and a flexible working model for their employees.

What you’ll add

You’ll have a minimum of five combined years’ experience at a consulting firm, working on projects focused on digital initiatives and software-driven transformations in the healthcare industry. You’ll demonstrate the ability to help drive digitisation in a strategic and client-facing role, and have excellent communication skills in both English and German.

And on a personal level, you’ll be happy to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
