What’s the role?

The company currently has major projects progressing across different SAP modules. You’ll join a diverse, global 12-strong team responsible for the upkeep and development of the company’s Order to Cash processes using the SAP SD module on an S4 HANA ERP.

You’ll be a consultant, mainly to users across the USA who work on the company’s animal health portfolio. It’s the company’s biggest global territory by far, worth billions of dollars; your first challenge is to get to grips with the pace and complexity.

Your remit is to lead project streams from start to end. You’ll engage with business users to understand the demand for SAP O2C, negotiate the scope and prioritise according to business benefits. From there, you’ll configure process changes (in SAP Solution Manager), tweaking and testing your solutions.

What you can add

It’s a role that will test the versatility of your communication skills – relationship-building is key. You’ll be connecting with a wide range of audiences with different levels of responsibility, SAP experience and technical knowledge. One day, you could be talking to a finance director, the next, a middleware team.

You don’t need pharmaceutical experience, but if you’ve worked in a similar regulated environment, great. Beyond that, we’re looking for as many as possible of the following on your CV:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• IT and business experience in the SAP Order-to-Cash (SD module) including documentation and testing.
• Good business process knowledge – you’ve shown you can apply technology solutions to address commercial issues.
• A proven ability to manage priorities across multiple business areas – you’ve successfully completed multiple projects.
• Spanish language skills would be a plus; there’s scope to work with business teams in Central and South America.
• Experience in JIRA & Confluence (Atlassian suite) would be a bonus.

Because it’s a high-touch role you’ll need to be able to get into the office for at least two days a week, occasionally at short notice. That probably means you’re based within commuting distance of Atlanta, Georgia.
