3. You are at least considering using an external recruiter

1. You Can’t or Won’t Pay Our Fees

Our offering goes way beyond what any other Recruitment company in the Technology sector can do. You will experience this clearly if you do the free Strategy session. We offer a premium recruitment service in the hardest to fill discipline in tech at the moment. Therefore we are not cheap. Our minimum fees are 25% for permanent recruitment. They can be higher for extremely hard to fill jobs or for C-Level appointments.

2. You’re Not Committed To Hiring The Best…

Steve Jobs once said “Hiring The Best is Your Most Important Task". We believe he was right and we are very committed to improving the hiring process and delivering results for our clients. You must also be committed to the hiring process. We will do the heavy lifting but you must be prepared to do a little bit of work.

3. You company doesn’t allow Direct Communication With Agencies:

We love working with quality HR and Internal recruitment colleagues who view us as partners. As partners we should be able to work directly with you, the hiring authority.
This means we are allowed to send CV’s direct to you, arrange interviews directly with you and most importantly of all…..Get feedback on CV’s and interviews by directly talking with you.
