Here, you’ll be centre stage, building a new data-driven platform for a highly reputed, multi-award-winning digital advertising agency. As the agency’s sole Data Scientist, reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll enjoy high visibility and the opportunity to make a huge impact.
It’s an ideal move forward for either a junior-mid-level data scientist/engineer who understands advertising/media or a product owner with a firm grasp of data science/analytics.
You’ll be respected, appreciated and instrumental to the company’s growth – the CEO’s vision is that this new platform could more than double the company’s already-healthy turnover. In turn, you’ll have licence to develop yourself and, potentially, to start building your own team.
The perfect platform…
Calling on their incisive understanding of what PPC advertising clients need, the agency is building a bespoke data platform. Uniquely tailored to their industry, the platform will span reporting, analysis, campaign management, click fraud detection and bid management. By turning data from multiple sources into valuable insight (both for internal account managers and directly to clients) it has the power to make the agency much more consultative, proactive – and profitable.
Arguably, you’ll be joining at the perfect time. The strategy is set. The groundwork has been done. You’ll inject the data science expertise to bring the platform to life. Whilst that eliminates a lot of the initial grind, you will need to take care of some data engineering, cleansing and scripting in the early stages.
