12-month contract starting in October 2020, with up to 60-70% remote working.

You’ll play a pivotal part in this data transformation project for a multinational organisation. The project involves 3 pillars of work:

  • A new technology implementation covering data science, analytics and business intelligence/reporting.
  • New operating model to move towards more value-added and proactive activities following the technology roll-out.
  • Data governance including a data catalogue to ensure that the right data is being made available.

After a successful roll-out to the US and on-going roll-outs to the emerging markets, the next phase is kicking off across the European and Canadian regions in early 2021. As such, you’ll be joining in October to be involved with the planning process ahead of the project start.

You’ll work as the interface between the global project team/implementation partner and the local/regional project teams to ensure the project milestones are being met. You’ll manage the changes, requests from the local teams, operating model on day-to-day activities, data science & analytics use cases, and data governance for each location.

In addition, you will act as a change management agent, selling the vision and demonstrating the project benefits to the local teams. As this is a data and analytics transformation, you’ll need to ensure these teams understand what’s available to them and how to get the most out of the new tools.

The overall objective of this project is to move the business from a transactional, descriptive analytics environment to a proactive, predictive analytics one.

About you:

  • You’ll be an experienced Change Manager / Transformation Manager with a track record of delivering analytics, data science and/or reporting/BI projects across European or Global environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to sell the vision of the project across different levels of the business.
  • Able to travel to Germany and Austria a couple of times a month, plus additional occasional travel to other European countries.
  • If you have prior experience within the Pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, that would be a bonus.

Interested, but you’re already engaged on another project until the end of the year? No problem- there is also the option of starting part-time (2-3 days a week) between October-December 2020 before then going full-time from January 2021, meaning you can have a transfer period.
